Grapeberry

This simple and delicious smoothie is easy to make and will leave you feeling energized and nourished.  In a high speed blender place:

  • 2 cups of red grapes
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 tsp Psyllium husks (opt)

Variation

  • 2 cups red grapes
  • 1 cup beetroot
  • 2 leaves kale
