Five Seed Crackers

Mix dry ingredients together. Add the water and stir well.
Leave for 20 minutes and stir again.
Line trays with grease proof paper and spread the mixture thinly and evenly on the paper. You can use a dehydrator or bake these in the oven.

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup linseed
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp ground rosemary
  • 4 tsp garlic powder (opt)

For dehydrator:
Lay out baking paper on your dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 6- 8 hours.

For oven:
Line two baking trays with baking paper and bake 170c for 25 -35 minutes until crispy.
Let cool then break into pieces and serve with your favorite dip.

2 tbsp seeds = 1 apple
