Blend the cacao, almonds, sunflower seeds and salt together in a food processor.
Add the peanut butter, dates and vanilla essence and blend together.
Slowly add the water until the mixture starts to stick together.
Shape into 20 bite size balls, then roll in ground coconut before serving.
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup ground coconut (and chopped peanuts opt)
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- water for binding (1/4 cup approx)
