Banana Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • sprinkle of goji berries and broken cashews for topping (opt)

Peel and slice the bananas.
Place into a zip lock bag and freeze for around 2 hours.
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor for one minute.
Serve and top with goji berries and broken cashews or your favourite topping.
