You can either phone call, Zoom or meet in person at our New Plymouth suit.

How do you get the most benefit from the coaching sessions?
The relationship you have with me as your Coach is a partnership. I am
an outstanding professional, whose sole focus is to help empower you
to achieve your ideal Weight, Energy, Health and Wellbeing. In order
to achieve the results you deserve you must do your part by following
through on the commitments you make. These commitments include showing
up on time for every scheduled coaching session and completing any
action items that you have committed to between sessions.
