Gluten Free Herb Pizza


  •  2 cups gluten free self raising flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 – 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pizza sauce
  • oregano and pepper (and your choice of herbs) for base
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • grated any cheese/mozzarella
  • thinly sliced red onion
  • capsicum
  • black pitted olives
  • zucchini
  • fresh tomato
  • 4 large leafs fresh basil (for garnish)


  1. preheat oven 200C
  2. In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt and herbs and mix together. Then slowly add the water in small portions until you get a doughy consistency
  3. after you have a nice dough like consistency, roll dough out on a sheet of baking paper using a rolling pin. Try not to make your pizza base too thick.
  4. once you are happy with your base, start to add pizza sauce to base and other toppings. Once you have finished garnishing, put the pizza on the baking then put the baking paper on a baking tray and pop into the oven for 15 – 18 minutes
