  1. Mind-set is so important in maintaining Well Being. A discipline of a daily Gratitude Practice will help to keep you in check.   3. Lack of sleep can cause illness and many imbalances in your body and therefore your life. So make sure you get enough sleep. If you are having trouble sleeping due to stress or anxiety fill in the form below. I would love to help.
  4. Spend at least 20 minutes every day moving your body and getting your heart rate up. I doesn’t matter how you do it just do it.  Find something you love to do and is fun for you. If you don’t like going solo find an exercise buddy for support.
  5. Schedule time to spend with family, friends and your community. Feeling that you belong and that you play an important role in your community can provide support for our mental, emotional and spiritual Well Being.
