Boil the beets with their skin, let cool the peel and chop into bite size pieces.
Add to a serving bowl along with all the other ingredient and mix well.

- 4 medium beetroot
- 80 grams (large handful) of your favorite salad mix
- small handful of chopped Brazil nuts
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp Tamari
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- juice of half a lemon
