Gomasio is a Japanese condiment that is easy to make and can be used in many ways. Simply dry roast sesame seeds with a little salt. Let cool and then put in a coffee grinder to make the gomasio.
- 4 medium kale leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp sauerkraut (I used a home made one that was curry spiced)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (ACV)
- 2 tbsp gomasio
Chop the kale and add the ACV.
Mix with hands and squeeze the ACV into the kale.
Stir in chopped tomato, avocado and sauerkraut.
Sprinkle with gomasio
This makes a delicious and nutritious salad that is very satisfying.
