- 3 cups of Sunflower seed
- 1/2 cup of Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 cup of currents
- 1/2 cup of sultanas
- 1/4 cup of cashews
- 1/4 cup of Almonds
Mix ingredients together. The base of this Muesli is the Sunflower seeds.
You can vary the recipe by using nuts or dried fruit of your choice.
