Marcella’s Muesli

Homemade Muesli

Soak a medium portion size overnight, this releases natural enzymes aiding digestion. Rinse and top with fruit of your choice.

  • 3 cups of Sunflower seed
  • 1/2  cup of Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2  cup of currents
  • 1/2  cup of sultanas
  • 1/4  cup of cashews
  • 1/4  cup of Almonds

Mix ingredients together. The base of this Muesli is the Sunflower seeds.
You can vary the recipe by using nuts or dried fruit of your choice.
