Sunflower seeds provide a good source essential fatty acids and also contain Vitamin E and B vitamins.
You will need 4 cups of Sunflower seed, 2 tablespoons of Tamari (or soy sauce)
- add the sunflower seeds into a fry pan
- gently dry roast on a medium heat till seeds are a little browned
- remove from heat, then add the Tamari and stir into the seeds well
- pour into a bowl to cool
