A combination of steamed and raw vegetables. Mix together the cooled, steamed veges, cabbage, zucchini and dressing. Layer the baby tomatoes on top, sprinkle with pomegranate and finish of with toasted sesame seeds.
- Steamed and cooled cauliflower, carrots and asparagus (a handful of each)
- Thinly sliced and crushed cabbage (makes it tasty)
- 1 zucchini (spiralized or sliced)
- 5 baby tomatoes cut in half
- 1/4 pomegranate
- Dressing: 2 tbsp fresh basil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 Tbsp olive oil, juice of half lemon.
