The Wellness Services provide you with a positive, successful experience for the duration of your sessions and beyond. In order to do this, I have put together the following agreement to ensure that you get the best support available and to ensure that the parameters of the commitments are clear.
Coaching
Here is how you to get the most benefit from Coaching.
The relationship you have with your Coach is a partnership. Your Coach is an outstanding professional, whose sole focus is to help empower you to achieve your ideal Weight, Health, Energy and Well-being. In order to achieve the results you deserve, you must do your part by following through on the commitments you make. These commitments include showing up on time for every scheduled session and completing any action items that you have committed to between sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Unless in the case of an emergency, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy on your scheduled appointments. If you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, everything proceeds as normal. If you need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or you completely miss an appointment, this will be considered a completed session and will incur the fees of the scheduled appointment.
Payment Policy
Payments are due in advance of the appointment.
Payment for payment plans are not reflective of a month-to-month, dollars-to-content/results arrangement. It is not a pay-as-you go system. There are no refunds or cancellations and you are committed to the entire program for the duration that has been agreed upon. You understand that all monthly payments must be paid on a timely basis. You are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire program, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the program.
